About Us
Located in North Billerica, Massachusetts, Grattan Line Construction Corp. is an electrical powerline contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution construction and maintenance. We also provide electrical services to private, commercial and industrial customers. Established in 1984 by Doug Grattan, the company is now in its third generation and operated by the Rubeski Family who have over 60 years of combined experience at Grattan Line Construction.
